Zhongwei Aixin introduced the 74LVC series of small size low voltage single and double gate logic devices. Available in SOT23-5, SOT353, SOT363 and other packages, these devices are available in single or dual-gate functions, covering a full voltage range from 1.65 to 5.5V. The devices are packaged in a small package, making them ideal for portable devices or any other space-critical device, and are widely used in set-top boxes, HD flat-panel TVs, workstations, telecommunications, and networking equipment.
